Who Is Dukkar? 

Dukkar — (Tibetan: Gdugs Dkar) "White Umbrella" — is Sitatapatra in Sanskrit, the fierce protective goddess who emanated directly from the crown of Shakyamuni Buddha. She wields a white parasol representing sovereignty over all realms, shielding devoted practitioners from every harm, curse, and obstacle across all lifetimes.
