Every Vajra Icon statue is handcrafted with devotion, precision, and spiritual care. We take pride in our craftsmanship and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to assist.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the same packaging as delivered.
- We cannot accept returns for customized, personalized, or commissioned pieces, as these are crafted specifically for you.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund or replacement.
2. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping, customs, or insurance costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
3. Customs Return or Refused Delivery
In cases where a parcel is returned to us from customs due to incomplete documentation, unresponsiveness, or refusal to accept delivery:
- A deduction of up to 25% of the order value may apply to cover international shipping and handling costs.
- The remaining balance will be refunded after the item safely returns to us.
We kindly request all buyers to stay informed about their local customs policies and import duties, and to promptly respond to courier or customs communications to avoid return complications.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damage.
- We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
- All claims must be verified by our quality control team before processing.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order statues
- Items damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery
- Items returned without prior communication or approval

To initiate a return or refund request:

- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund accordingly.
