1. General Information
Vajra Icon Pvt. Ltd. operates as a legally registered business in Nepal specializing in handcrafted Buddhist and Hindu statues made by traditional artisans from Patan, Nepal.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are of legal age (18 years or older) and authorized to use the payment method provided.
2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD (or your selected currency, if supported).
- We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways integrated into our store.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase before your order is processed or shipped.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable logistics partners.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Domestic (Nepal): Estimated delivery 2–4 business days
- International: Estimated delivery 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Delays caused by customs or courier logistics are beyond our control.
All shipments are insured until delivered to the buyer’s address.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.
We are not liable for any customs-related delays or charges.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Each Vajra Icon statue is handcrafted with precision and inspected before shipping.
However:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@vajraicon.com with supporting photos.
- Approved returns will be replaced or refunded as per our discretion after inspection.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
6. Product Information & Authenticity
- Each product is handmade; minor variations in color, size, or texture are part of the artwork’s uniqueness.
- Product photos and descriptions on the site are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly due to lighting or screen display settings.
- All Vajra Icon products are made by authentic Nepali artisans using traditional techniques.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Vajra Icon Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vajra Icon Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

- Delays, loss, or damage caused during transit by third-party carriers
- Customs or import-related delays
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
