This exquisite statue portrays Manjushri seated gracefully in the lotus posture. His youthful, serene face features penetrating eyes that convey clarity and profound intelligence, while his compassionate expression welcomes spiritual inquiry. The right hand holds the flaming sword of wisdom (prajna khadga) aloft, representing the cutting away of ignorance and duality. His left hand delicately grasps the stem of a lotus flower that blooms beside his shoulder, upon which rests the sacred Prajnaparamita text, symbolizing the perfection of wisdom.
