Lion Dzambhala, Simha Jambhala in Sanskrit, is a rare and potent form of the Buddhist wealth deity, depicted riding a fearless snow lion, the symbol of fearlessness and sovereignty in Tibetan sacred tradition. This form magnifies Dzambhala's power exponentially, combining abundant generosity with the lion's unstoppable, earth-shaking authority over all obstacles to prosperity.
Key Features: Eyes, Hands, and Sacred Posture
Dzambhala's deeply set, fierce eyes burn with unwavering determination — the gaze of one who conquers scarcity absolutely. His right hand firmly grips a victory banner (dhvaja), proclaiming triumph over poverty and spiritual obstruction. His left hand restrains the jewel-spewing mongoose (nehulay).
